how you spend your money???

My friends said, I wasted money when they knew I always bought 2 version novels (indo and English). “Why you bought book if you can read online??” they said. Whatever…

And they shake their heads when I told them I have DVD and VCD (one is ORI) for my fave movie also… hahaha…

They also said, I am weird coz I am good in saving money but in other side, can spend a lot only for a hand bag. Whatever…

Me, wasting my own money?? Really?? Exception for book, DVD, cd, I prefer spend my money for shoes and bag. I don’t really like to waste my time for spa or meni-pedi every month (okay, one or two times, accompany my friend). And think blenching and colouring hair are THE PERFECT WAY to waste money. Uuups, I admit, I like to coloured my hair when was in college, but… it was years ago…

I just laugh when they asked me how much I spend a month for book. And laugh until I cry when they crimped their nose and said, “That’s only for spa”... hahaha... Spa for a month equal 5 books. Good comparison, rite?? Hahaha…

Everybody have different way how they spend their money rite?? Some like to spend on spa, beauty salon, clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry, and so on. Some like to spend on travelling, investment, electronic, etc.



So, I don’t care if people think I’m crazy when they saw me bought full set book of Twilight series last week, (not included DVD movie and soundtrack) in one nite. Whatever… hahaha..

Vampire-berkilau

Gue baru kelar baca Twilight 2 hari yang lalu. Ya….ya… gue tau, gue telat banget baru baca sekarang. Gak tau kenapa, waktu pertama kali liat tuh buku di Gramedia, sempet tertarik untuk beli sih. Tapi gak tau kenapa juga, hati kok kayaknya antara iya ama enggak mo beli. Ampe akhirnya filmnya udah keluar, and orang-orang pada rame ngobrolin. Teteuup masih gak niat mo beli bukunya. And yang pasti gak sempet nonton karena jadwal mainnya gak pas ama waktu ketemuan gue and Dadan saat itu. (padahal kita udah ngerencanain mo nonton). And ampe sekarang gue juga belom nonton… hehehe..

Ampe akhirnya bulan January lalu temen gue di Jakarta ngebeliin tuh buku. But, teteeeeeup tergeletak manis dibook shelf kamar… hihihi… Kalo gue gak kehabisan bacaan, mungkin gue gak bakalan baca tuh buku… hehehe

And ternyata???? Great!!!! Tuh buku bagus kok. Gak seperti yang orang-orang bilang. Yang katanya kurang greget. Ada yang bilang kalo Stephenie gak bisa nyaingin Stephen King ato JK Rowling. Ya iya laaaaah, jangan di banding-bandingin atuh… kumaha eta sih?? Si madam JK mah t-o-p-b-a-n-g-e-t. Gue langsung jatuh cinta pada pandangan pertama ama si Harry… hehehe..

Sekarang gue berasa kayak abg lagi, ngobrolin si Edward ama recept kantor (secara dia beneran abg) hahaha… Ampe tuh anak bela-bela-in nyariin link watch movie online, ngasih pdf buku 2 ampe 4, donlod-in Edward & Bella pic (got a lot!!!) hahaha… Lucu lah pokoknya.

Jadi keinget dulu, pas orang-orang sibuk ngantri AADC, gue baru nonton 2 tahun yang lalu, itu juga di RCTI apa SCTV lah… lupa!!! Trus waktu orang-orang pada heboh soal F4, gue baru nonton setahun setelahnya. Kalo gak salah, waktu Meteor Garden 2 baru keluar gitu deh… hahahaha. Cuma Harry aja yang gak pernah telat. Secara si cuplis juga suka ama Harry (hhmm, kalo di inget-inget, there was our first thing in common) *blushing*. And sekarang si vampire-berkilau-Edward. Orang-orang udah pada tamat baca ampe buku terakhir, gue baru kelar buku 1.. hahaha.. Biar kan laaaah… Nikmatin ajaaa… *wink-wink*

In my new office there’re so many people by many ras. Singaporean Chinese, Indian, American, Australian, Philippines, Thailand, Korean, Malay and of course, Indonesian (only me… hiks...).

Louise, our IT is Philippines. He’s quite guy. Never talk loud (he rarely talks, I think…), handy, and always smile. And there’s Bee Kim, senior secretary for our Managing Director. She’s a Singaporean Chinese. Sometimes we called her mommy, coz she looked like mommy. Even sound like one too… you know what I mean?? Fussy, talk active, authoritarian, discipline, and of course caring person. And our recept girl is Wendy, she’s Chinese Singaporean too. Young girl, just passed her senior high school and now study to get her diploma. She’s nice girl, always laugh, active, and I think never see her frown…

Our managing director is Keith, old American guy. (We called him grandpa on his back)… hihihi… and as American people, he likes to shout and curse people. If he mad, I can heard his voices yelling to someone from my desk. And the words??? Uuugh….

So, one day, he came late to office. And our recept not in her desk. We’d to swipe d card to enter or press bell, talk to d machine so our recept can open d door for you. But, don’t know why, grandpa doesn’t know about it. And you know what did he do?? He knocked… yeah… he knocked d glass door and yelled… hahaha… He forgot where he put d card. And don’t know how to use it also… hehehe…

Or Bee Kim, she always remind us to fill d water in electric thermos. Like this morning, she said to us. “For whose go home late, don’t forget to fill d thermos. If not, it’ll explode”... So, we asked her whose left late last nite. She answered whispering, “Me...”… And we all laughed.

First time I came to this new office, mommy talked to our crew coordinator, “I can’t issued the letter, coz our Ce Mei-mei already left”. And I wondered for few days, who are Ce Mei-mei…, why she didn’t show up yet?? So, when lunch time, I asked to them, who is Ce Mei-mei. And they laughed. Why??? Something funny with my ques?? And Wendy laughed loudly and looooong… You know why?? They called Wendy xiao me-mei (little girl). Hahaha…

It’s nice working with many people, with many cultures, and many languages. You can hear Keith yelling in his American style. Or Bee Kim talks with Wendy in mandarin. Pravind and Rakul discuss in India language (thanks god, both of them graduated in overseas, so they know cologne and perfume… hahaha).

(Now, Bee Kim is scolding our engineer, why he’s wearing safety shoes in office, “don’t dirty my carpet”)… hahaha…

Okay.. Got to work now… SEMANGAT!!!

my lovely condo..

Gak kerasa udah hampir 6 bulan gue stay di condo yang sekarang. And dikarenakan bulan depan kantor gue pindah, and pas banget kontrak condo juga abis, jadi kita mutusin semua pindahan juga ke area yang deket kantor baru. And jangan ditanya dimana kantor baruku.. JAUH.. *sigh*


Ini pemandangan dari atas.. Bagus kan??

Sebenernya condo yang gue tempatin sekarang enak banget!! Gue tinggal dilantai 8, ada 3 kamar, 3 kamar mandi, 1 pantry, 1 tempat nyuci + ngejemur, and main hall yang lumayan luas buat sofa letter L + meja, 1 meja makan yang kita jadiin 'kantor dadakan', plus meja makan 4 seats.


'PERALATAN DAPUR' hahaha.. Microwave, ricecooker (yang bisa berbahasa korea, eeh.. beneran lho!!), and kettle listrik.. Cukup!!!

Selain itu, ownernya juga 'minjemin' TV 21", freezer 2 pintu, oven, microwave and washing machine. And yang paling asyik adalah, kita punya balcony and pintu belakang. Jadi gak perlu pake AC didalam ruangan. Tinggal buka jendela and pintu belakang. So, windy... Asyik kaaan??


Ini kantor 'darurat' kita. Sengaja disediain PC plus printer 3in1. Jadi kalo males ngantor Sabtu, bisa ngantor dirumah..


Ini pre-school,tapi lebih tepatnya 'tempat penitipan anak'... hahaha.. kalo ujan, lo bisa denger tuh anak-anak nangis gak bisa main diluar. Tapi, kalo cuaca cerah... hhhmmm... lo bisa liat teacher-nya lari-lari ngejar mereka sekelilingan sekolah.. kocak banget dah!!!

Selain tempatnya yang okay, lokasi condo juga cihuy banget. Tinggal jalan kaki 5menit ke MRT and bus station, 5menit ke mall, and 10menit by bus ke kantor. Pokoknya TOP banget deh!! Gue udah cinta mati ama nih condo.. *sigh*


Naaah, itu gue yang lagi ngeliat apa delivery makanan kita udah dateng apa belom.. hohoho

Ini laporan pandangan mata tadi malem. Kita lagi sibuk packing buat pindahan akhir minggu ini.. Liat tuh, bantal gue nyangsang dikursi.. hehehe..

Tapi condo baru gue juga gak kalah asyik... Ntar gue posting kalo udah pindahan yaaa.. :)
