Nov 14 – Nov 20
35 weeks: Your baby
is about the size of a honeydew melon
Your baby, now
weighing in at 5 1/4 pounds and measuring more than 18 inches, doesn't have
much room to maneuver in your belly.
Baby's
kidneys and liver are now fully functioning and her brain remains the most
rapidly developing organ. Movements may feel like pushes and nudges, rather
than rapid kicks. As baby descends downward (known as lightening), you will be able to breathe
better, but it will place strain on your bladder.
